Universal e-bike conversion kit, with XT-90 connector junction box, and battery tray.
You might want to print this at 99% or 98% size as the xt-90 connector is a little loose at full size, or you could print the thin door. I have no intention of printing another full-size version at the moment.
This was designed to be universal, and hold (6) 18V batteries on top, as well as be durable enough for off- road use.
I made sleeves for frame diameters between 30mm-40mm, and 0,2.5,5,10, and 15 degrees. You can make sleeves for other sizes and angles.
I printed this with a 1mm nozzle and PETG.
I have printed this at 78% size, for smaller 36v-48v controllers, and used XT-60 connectors in the junction box.
You will have to make a sleeve.
I was able to fit a 48-72v motor controller, after removing the end plates from the controller.
The XT-60 connector fit is pretty tight at 77% size.
78% size seems just right, keep in mind I'm using a 1mm nozzle, your results may vary.
