E-Commerce: Custom Keychain production project

This project is designed to introduce students to **product design** and **production** with 3D printing. The lesson focuses on the **business** aspects of 3D printing where students
pretend their group is part of a 3D design company that provides customers and businesses 3D models based on their specifications.

The project focuses on creating a keychain with the Company Logo.
* The teacher will be the client and declare what should be on the keychain.

Students will use their prior mathematical skills to calculate how many items can be printed at once, based on the area of the build plate and their 3D design. Additionally, students must determine how much the keychain would cost them to print and how much to sell them for in order to earn a profit (10%, 35%, and 70% profit).

Students will utilize Excel or Google sheets to determine the number of items can be printed within the build plate area, and the cost of each item.
