*** Update ***
After a month the hooks (the one holding rims) started deforming under the stress, both PLA and PETG versions.
I have updated designs(V3) and reprinted it in ABS, so far so good.
For a diy mesh drum project, details are here:
https://hackaday.io/project/171027-dm6-but-better
The project is about conversion of a drum kit to DIY mesh pads and here i collected 3D printed part that I designed.
List of the parts:
1. Hooks - used to attach rims to the drum shell.
Unfortunately they tend to have very specific geometry so the hook in the project are for:
8" pad 55mm height (normal, for shorter screws and more robust), shell thickness 6.2mm
12" pad 65mm height, shell thickness 7.5mm
2. Rack mounts. I used 20mm pvc tubes so the part list is following:
45 and 90deg mount for 8"
90deg mount for 12"
8" mount for 27.2 tube (for kick pad)
All these parts "work so far", but I consider it still work-in-progress, so if something fails, I will redes
