I had an E14 batten mount and a colour changing candle bulb sitting around. So this is a base I whipped up to fit them to the gorgeous crinkle lamp designed by LoboCNC (Thing 676350).
I actually used Blomsgaard's crinkle shade remix (Thing 2801470). I don't know if it's any different to LoboCNC's, but I thought I'd better mention it just in case he changed any of the dimensions.
The whole thing is very lightweight, so it needs something to stop the weight of the flex drawing it across the table top. I had some self adhesive rubber pads in my scrap bin, and they did the trick for me.
I've also added an optional inner diffuser. It's not necessary, but I felt the bulb's shape was too visible on my lamp, and I wanted to break it up a little more for a softer look.
As you can see in the pictures, I have it proudly displayed on the CD rack; the one that's full of CDs that I probably haven't touched in 8 or 9 years!
