Based upon the model *Ender 3/3 Pro - Cable Chain Adaptor (X axis & Extruder Cables)* by fnoack10.
I simply added a mounting hole for a ptfe coupling to implement a simple filament guide.

v2: Moved the coupling ever just so slightly forward to better align extruder and coupling without touching the z-axis. Changed the overall length to better fit to the creality aluminium extruder.
