E3D 40mm Fan Duct for Hypercube Evolution

I remixed the version from 0scar to allow the heat block to be rotated to the front like on the Scott3D Hypercube BOM.
For that I moved the fan around 8mm out of the front and remodeled the fan duct.
PS: The dice engraving is not in the stl file.
