This is my first Aproach to combine the best Piezo System on market with E3d´s new Hemera Extruder - Hotend.
This is still work in progress, but for me its working flawless at the moment.
unfortunately you have to print a new X-carriage and you loose 21 mm of build volume in the right side with a standard Hevo Setup.
Fan duct is also included. It matches with Hevo Fanduct Mount from vergienc.
BOM:
- 4 x M3 12mm Bolts
- M3 Brass insert
- several M3 screws
- Loctide 243
Playing around with strength of the main Screw that holds the mount on place.
If you have found the right strength, fix the system with some Loctide 243.
On Top of the x carriage you found 2 m3 hole to fix your own cable management.
Issues: You have to remove the pins from the orion pcb and the endstop and solder the wires directly to reduce space between mount and bcp...
Update 20.01.2020
Version 1.1: - More space for the endstop and Orion Pcb connector. No soldering required now.
- new f
