E3D HotEnd Mount for FolgerTech

Modified E3Dv6 Mount to fit FolgerTech 2020 printer (Bowden Extruder Feed). This mount will work for the E3D that mounts a NEMA-17 on the x-carriage.
Since the FolgerTech 2020 originally mounts a direct drive, I should have gone that way perhaps, but I wanted to try out mixing nozzles (which didn't end well) so I converted to Bowden. I'm now back to a quality hot-end for my primary printer.
