E3d mod with cable management

Though this is largely a remix of capacitor's E3D mod it has been completely re-drawn, This has cable management which (Though tight due to the design restrictions) will take all 17 cable cores, it incorporates a swiveling cable exit which is held in place by tie wraps.

It can be a bit fiddly to route the cables as the Bontech extruder needs to be removed for the last mount bolt, however my preference is to cut all of the cables and make them up with appropriate connectors, this way components can be easily changed also.
