E3D Tip Holder box

This is a little box for the E3D V6 Tip fun pack sold by various vendors. When you purchase this, it comes with a little wooden tray that holds the tips. I designed the box to hold the tips and have a little lid to close and prevent them from falling out.

Added ability to change text size on the X,Y,Z dimensions
Added the ability to offset the text to address resizing the box.
Added ability to control box lid thickness, at 3mm the lid becomes to stiff to bend properly to insert the lid into the box.
Corrected issue with the interior rails becoming offset by the thickness of the wall
