E3D ToolChanger -> Mosquito adapter kit

This is a kit that should allow you to adapt a Slice Engineering Mosquito hotend to the existing E3D Toolchanger tool plate, while retaining the same E3D fans, same layout, and same M12 bowden fixture.
Since Mosquito uses the same nozzle thread, and the same heater cartridge and thermistor diameter, you can reuse those as well, so it should pretty much be a drop-in replacement.
The only thing that changes is the height - the Mosquito version will end up being some 4mm taller (i.e. you lose about 4mm of Z). This is unavoidable, unfortunately - i did my best to keep the difference as low as possible.
