E3D v6 hotend cooling

This is a cooling that I have adapted for my printers. I installed it on my CR-10 V3 with an E3D V6 hotend and for my [Ender 3 V2](https://shrsl.com/45yjd) with an E3D V6 hotend too.
The fans used are 4010 for the hotend and 5015 for the nozzle.
To hold the 5015 fan, on an [Ender 3 V2](https://shrsl.com/45yjd) you can reuse the existing screws for the nozzle fan, otherwise provide small screws
