Note: Even if you print this in ABS with 100% infill you will still need to prepare the inside with paint / sealant as FDM is rarely water tight.
So seal any part that will come into contact with the cooling liquid.

Update:
V6-Aqua-Lite designed with perimeter to support overhang. Print with support and easy post print clean up.

This cooling jacket is compatible with all my other designs and should fit standard printers.

Simple print to encase E3D V6 for heated enclosure.
If your are searching this then you will know why I drafted it.
Plumbing uses standard PC cooling kit.

If printed well enough this part is water tight press fit.
If you require a safety factor then glue parts / hotend together with epoxy.
