E3D Volcano BLTouch Extension Spacer

Do you have a favorite BL Touch mount, but it doesn't work because it was designed for a standard tip, but you have a volcano tip? This extension will space the BL Touch down by 9 mm and is the same profile as the BL Touch, so it should work with most mounts. The screws that come with the BL Touch are a bit short for the distance required, so this was designed to use M3 screws. I've found around 16-18mm is a good length, but it could vary based on the thickness of the mounting plate for your BL Touch mount.

The idea behind this was to create a part that could be used universally with many mounts so that there didn't need to be a volcano version of every mount making it easier for both designers and people printing this off.
