E3D Volcano for CR-10

I modified Chito's original so that the main block can be printed without supports. It has sacrificial layer at the bottom to avoid S3D to make supports inside the nut holes.

Update 12.06.19: Bracket hole modified in v2. This was due to the fact that the E3D shroud was upside down in my design.

Update 05.08.19: Design tested and working in my CR-10. Part cooling works very well. Silicone sock is recommended.
