Eachine Racer 130 mods

I did this because initially the stock flight controller died, and I replaced it with one with different mounting holes. Then I wanted to use a 19mm micro cam, switchable video transmitter, UXII antenna and addressable LED strip. You get the picture. All that and a full canopy comes in almost 10g less than stock!

The vented canopy is suitable for most conditions, but the solid canopy mates closely with the baseplate and motor wires and accommodates a polycarbonate (2L pop bottle) windshield for wet weather use (winter, light rain).

### Components

Some minor size variations can be accommodated for LED strip, receiver and video transmitter (by updating source files config accordingly and saving new STLs for those mounts).
