The VTX03 and ATX03 are very cheap - see https://www.banggood.com/Eachine-VTX03-Super-Mini-5_8G-72CH-025mW50mw200mW-Switchable-FPV-Transmitter-p-1114206.html and offer 25mW as well as 200mW and a heap of frequencies to fly on. Problem is the lightweight and small size makes it difficult to mount - so why not stick it on one of your standoffs connecting the top plate?
This design fits perfect on the rear of a RCX130CF frame, with the standoff at the rear being perfect for the stock antenna to fit through.
With some thought, you could use a normal UFL to SMA adaptor and mount it elsewhere safely with a proper antenna.
