Ear Saver Bulk Holder

I have been printing ear savers for donation to local essential workers and wanted a better way to organize them for bulk delivery. The [Suraky remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4249113) I am using has a nice hole in the center so I made a part to fit that and capped it on one end. The other end has a 4mm hole for a retaining pin so that the ear savers can be dispensed and then secured for storage again.
