Remixed for quicker printing and no supports.
My earphones are just wrong for this. ;)
v2 is for others with earphones like mine shown in photo. I've added protrusions to help keep the wires in place when you wrap them around the body. I've also found that the hole size is perfect for tucking the earbuds into for keeping them from flopping around.
