Earphones case about 50x55x24mm. ( about 4 quarters area and 1 quarter tall)
Fits small earphones. If too small you can try to scale it up.
To assemble 2 parts together I used a piecce of standard 1.75mm filament, you can use metal pin 1-2 mm thich as well (like paper clip for example)
May need to clean the holes with a thin drill bit, depending on quality of the print
