COOKIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
100 g butter (room temperature)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Cut shapes using the cookie cutter.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes or until
