I made these knobs for my router table fence. They are loosely inspired by Rockler's version. These knobs use tee nuts (tnuts / t-nuts / t nuts) to add a threaded insert to the bottom of the knob shaft which allow a long bolt (such as a T-bolt) to pass through. (Up to 3") The tee nuts are press fit into the bottom of the knob. These are great for woodworking fences, sleds, and other jigs which can benefit from a tall knob. I created three different versions for tee nuts sized 5/16", 1/4", and 10-32 / 10-24. The tee nuts I used are from the brand Everbilt from the orange store. However, i checked the dimensions against McMaster and I think any 4-pronged tee nut should work. I printed these in PETG using .2mm layer height. No supports needed. I made the knob thick to improve the strength of the overall knob. It uses a bit more filament, but I haven't had one break on me yet.
