EC4s mount

My EC4S suffer from failure of the large screw at the back that the battery will fall out when use. The case will hold the end cap tight and the mount can mount cased EC4S onto bike handles with 31.8mm near the centre. The torch still can be put into the original pack with the case on (put upside down).
