Echo Dot 3rd Gen Angled Hollowed Sphere Stand

This is a work in progress.

I like the angled look of 2020's 4th Gen Echo Dot, but have no need to buy another one. I also have trouble with the wall mounted 3rd Gen in my kitchen. It is under the cabinet, and in a landing spot for miscellaneous things. As a result, the Echo can't hear us half the time.

I decided to make a stand that gives the 3rd gen some semblance of the angled and spherical look of it's successor. It also gets Alexa out of the sound tunnel on the kitchen counter.

The mount is hollow, with a slot in back for cord storage. It's a bit small for the entire cord, but does offer some utility.
