Another project in my "Get my Eclipse box under control" project are these hex "cages."

Realizing that the hexes and action / summary cards are nearly the same size, I've dual-purposed the model to hold both space hexes and the rectangular Action Phase and other summary cards in a single 3d printed case.

You'll need 3 of these for both Eclipse core and Rise of the Ancients. Ample space for expansion for Shadow of the Rift as well.

These were designed with my ship parts holder in mind, and the combination of the two projects has greatly freed up space in my original Eclipse box.

Each cage will hold 36 tiles/cards. The lid is handy for keeping the towers from getting too bent in the box, since the base is fairly thin. They'll also keep tiles from jumping out.

A combination of these cages and the [ship parts tray](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1430913) has greatly cleaned up the box, such that I'm now able to fit in the ship pack parts as well.
