Eclipse tile holder Tier II

This is based on a design by Saiyanslayer. I added some bracing for stability, removed the indentations for the magnets, and labelled the tier for each piece. Also they are overall a little bit thicker, to accommodate the clips I designed to replace the magnets. Print one center piece, 6 tier I, 12 tier II, and 18 tier III.
