This dynamometer is based on the phenomenon of magnetic induction and is specially designed for measuring the characteristics of wind turbines. In fact, this is the equivalent of an electric generator with short-circuited windings. The resistance force is adjusted by changing the magnitude of the magnetic field. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNPaZzP1N6Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bodt6ze6Wck
