Edge Banding Cutter

Essential tool for trimming edge banding on melamine and other furniture panels. This tools allows to cut the glued banding to size but using a fine grained sandpaper is still recommended for final finishing. The tool uses a standard carpet cutter blade. The blade is positioned in an angle that improves cutting quality and ensures only the very edge is cut and rest of the board is not damaged. The blade can be inserted only one way.Seal the blade with cover piece and tighten with 2 x M3 bolts.Insert the adjustment bolt nut (tweezers recommended).Tighten the adjustment bolt until it pushes the blade.
