edited arms and cap for foldable toolbox

This is an edit on the arms for the foldable toolbox that come with caps. the caps go on the ends of the pegs. for added stability, i melted my caps onto the ends of the pegs with a soldering iron, you could use a paperclip and lighter to achieve the same results
