EEW Lazy Kate

This tweaked version has an interchangeable screw on bobbin rod and knob, that makes it easier for transportation and can be used as a universal yarn plying tool.
The bottom part of the rod has a M5 x 15 mm threaded hole, if you want to screw the Lazy Kates to a sturdier base.
The knob needs to be resized in the slicer a bit, do not use uniform scaling.
Just make sure the width on both axes are 30.7 mm.
