Efteling Disabled (facility) Card holder

Found a simple card holder design that I wanted to hold my disability card (faciliteitenkaart) for the Efteling, as I didn't want to get the paper inside the lamination wet by poking a hole inside as I wanted it on a keycord.
Added the standing decorative E logo to make it truly fit for the Efteling.
After a first print, I found out I had measured wrong and made it a bit too wide, fixed this in the v2.
Maybe I will add a small lip at the top to prevent it from falling out, but for the moment I will probably just keep it in with a bit of tape.
