Eggy | Eggy Party

After an enjoyable summer break with the kids, I’m back to sculpting with Eggy from Eggy Party, the game my son briefly got into before returning to Gorilla Tag. This model took an embarrassingly long time to make--but it was a fun challenge and serve as refresher of the basics of sculpting.

Sculpted on Nomad Sculpt on iPad, printed on a Bambu Lab P1S with matte yellow PLA, and finished with the cheapest acrylic paints imaginable. 2 walls, 15% gyroid infill, tree supports on full auto. As is, the model stands just under 10cms tall when on the base.

This model features a realistic egg texture that helps hide layer lines, especially when scaled up. Unlike the photos on the post, the uploaded version is bum-less, but if you want the version with the tiny bum, just let me know and I’ll upload it too.

The base isn’t required since it stands on its own, but I think it adds more presence and gives it a “collectible” feel.
