Ejector Mechanism Version 2

This ejection mechanism is operated by a single cylindrical spring and other torsion springs that actuate the retaining levers. The only electromechanical elements are two solenoid actuators that open the latch holding the load in place. For this purpose, I recycled my model. https://grabcad.com/library/reversible-egk-and-sl-secondary-latch-1 used in a previous NASA challenge, as it was suited for the purpose. This version differs from the first: https://grabcad.com/library/ejector-mechanism-1 , the locking jaws move together with the moving parts and maintain contact with the capsule until it comes out of the barrel. The main parts, the bell housing, movable spider, and locking levers, are 3D printed with the following materials: Stratasys ULTEM 9085, or PA Nylon. The guides, EGK latch, and various pins are made of AISI 316. The springs are made of AISI 316 and EN 10270-3/1.4310 (X10 CrNi 18-8).
