Elastic Pliers / Tweasers / Foreceps

Just a quick tool to make placing elastics easier
Kinda like circlip pliers

I've found the small 'braces' orthodontal elastics are cheap and quite useful for the types of mechanisms I like to design
But they are fiddly to insert/route places - so I made this tool specifically for that purpose.
Would work for any small elastic (braid elastics, small o-rings, etc)

Uses an ~6mm m3 screw (countersunk)
(though if you have cad experience, and no screws, could probs be designed to do without)
