Elastic Tiller Extension

I have made tiller extension for my boat.
I have used elastic hot glue stick as a elastic part.
Stick is tightened and hold by nut, threaded port for cheapest telescope mop handle (in Poland) is prepared on adapter.

Hot glue stick diameter is 11,3mm
Compatible mop Thread is conical. Base diameter is 18mm, height is 26mm, end diameter is smaller (sides have 3,85 angle). Pitch is 4mm. Groove is rectangular 2mm X 1mm.

If you have different thread on your mop handle, you can ask in comment.
I will try to make and upload another model.

I have made my with PETG.
Higher infill is suggested.
I recommend to print two sets, one for boat and one for testing. it is good to now how much force tiller can withstand.
