I designed this for my Elecom 'Huge' trackball. I had previously used a couple other models I found here on thingiverse, but I either didn't like the angles they used, or just how high they lifted your arm off of the desk. I like the 20 degree one here.
Currently there are 20 and 30 degree STL files. I would recommend starting with the 20... because of how big this mouse is, the higher degrees don't feel good until you get to 40 + and then your hand is literally resting on the desk instead of the mouse.. but then the trackball wants to fall out of place...
I designed this for the wired model M-HT1URBK, but I assume it would probably work for the wireless model(s) too.
The trackball mounts via the hole under the ball and then I'm using a thin layer of the blue poster ticky-tacky putty stuff that you peeled off the walls in grade school. Seems to work pretty good.
You'll also want to do something to the bottom to keep it from sliding around.
