A 7 inch diameter circular bubble maker. Uses a standard blower fan and a mini servo for rotation. A battery compartment houses a 3 cell lipo battery that supplies power to blower fan, and also a BEC from RC hobby for converting the 3 cell voltage to 5/6v for the servo. Blower fan has direct connection to the 12.4v lipo battery. A round toggle switch was drilled and mounted onto the backplate to complete the circuit for the battery connection.

The servo does need modification to gearing by clipping the Endstop which prevents 360 rotation. If your Servo is smart and doesn’t turn when it doesn’t detect any signal. Just connect the 5/6 volts power directly to the motor.

For the wheel, I used a layer of double sided foam tape secured by a thin rubberband, followed by a second layer of double sided tape over the first one. Once the wheel gets wet the adhesive on the exposed side no longer works but the cushion effect and friction was good enough to turn the wheel.
