This is a simple model rocket igniter. All you need is some coated copper wire, a piece of tape (optional), an AA battery, and a rocket starter (If you don't know what that is, it's a little wire with a grey glob of stuff at the top that ignites when a current is put through it). You could use this for lighting fireworks and other stuff to, but they have fuses for a reason.
Instructions:
1: Take a piece of wire and burn the end of it to get rid of the coating of plastic there. This will ensure that there is a good connection.
2: Put the piece of wire on the + or - side of the battery, it doesn't really matter, but usually the side with the bump. You then tape it on if you have tape, if you don't, at the end you can just touch them together.
3: Repeat step 1 on the opposite end of the wire and twist the wire around one of the wires on the rocket starter.
4: Repeat step 1 on both sides of a wire and repeat the end of step 3 on one side.
