Electric Scooter base

Allows the front or rear wheel to be placed in a system that prevents the scooter from sliding when stored folded against a wall or other support.
Ideal for keeping it straight folded and stored during storage or charging rather than unfolded.

This is the first object I build.

For a wheel around 50mm large, and 25 mm of diameter (like mine, noname scooter)
