I got a Fiik Street Surfer from a friend's dad and managed to fix it up, but the rubber coating on the controller had gotten pretty bad, along with all the screw pegs breaking internally. I couldn't find any controllers in the US that would work and the ones that I could have shipped overseas were around $50 and in similar condition to the one I was given. It took me a few tries to get everything exactly how I wanted in terms of screws and fitment and this is the result after the work I put in.
I printed both parts with the exterior facing up and interior facing the build plate. It'll need supports for the underside, but try to keep the screw holes clear. I used #4 size screws, the 2 on top will be 1.25" long and the rest will be .75". Other than that, everything should go together pretty smoothly.
