I recently got an Electric Toothbrush and got to building a stand for the heads so they can dry - I would place some toilet paper under the head to catch any water.
Made with 3mm MDF, I made sure to spray the final piece with Clear Coat just to waterproof it etc. It was glued with CA / Super Clue.
Since making the version seen in the photo, I've increased the amount of teeth / tabs for extra strength.
