Electrical Box Cover with Mini Cable Opening

I needed an electrical box cover with a small opening to route the power cable to a Wyze cam I have installed under the eaves of my house. Becasue there is no outlet in the box, the cover is made to screw directly into the outlet holes in the box. I am powering this camera with a PoE to USB adapter connected to ethernet inside the box. The cover itself is 77.35mm wide and 123.33mm tall. The small openining for the power cable is 7mm tallby 11.6mm wide.
