Electrical Wire Spool - 30mm

I like The3Designer's wire spool but had some wire that needed bigger spools. This remix expands the spool from 17mm to 30mm. The wire holes in the hub and rim to 3mm for thicker wire. I also found the existing flange to be a little on the thin side (1mm) and expanded it to 2mm.
