Electronic lead screw encoder bracket

This is the encoder bracket for the electronic lead screw.
It could be used on many different models.
I design it to use on a high torque bench lathe model 354 8.5" x 20" little machine shop lathe.
This is similar to the one that clough42 uses for his grizzly lathe.
