Elegant Wall Mounted Soap Dish

This was a fun project. I modeled this in Fusion 360 after seeing a similar design online for $100 made out of marble (or some other kind of expensive material). It only took a few minutes and works great.

I decided to use Command Strips to hold it in place. There are 20x96x4mm recesses in the back to accommodate the large, two piece Command Strips that hold 7.2kg (16lbs). These are strong enough to hold the largest bar of soap available in the retail market.

I made two versions, “small” and “large”. They both have the same recesses for the Command Strips.

Super easy to print without supports. (If you're really industrious, you can add your own writing to it via the Prusa Slicer 2.6 “text” modifier.)
