Elegoo Mars 2 Z-raise

So I upgraded my Mars 2 with a magnetic build plate. Downside was that the added thickness prevented homing as the build plate would crash into the screen before it reached the limit switch. Instead of modifying the limit switch i designed and printed this little plate and installed it underneath the steel plate that actuates the limit switch. It lowers it by 3mm but you can scale it in z direction as you need it.

Also keep in mind, that you need to replace the original M3x5mm bolts. It's M3x8mm if you print this as it is.

Easy installation. You only need to move the z axis to the top to get access to that part. There is no need to take half of the printer apart.

I might add a picture of the installed part later but that printer is busy for the next hours.

It might fit similar printers but I have no means to test it
