End plates to convert the EleksMaker rotary to be able to engrave narrow cylinders.
After purchasing the EleksRotate rotary for my laser, I decided I wanted to try engraving on my turned pens, but the rollers were spaced way too far apart to support a pen. Instead of suspending my pens between 2 large disks and dealing with the calculations to get the images to the correct size, I decided to make new end plates for it to re-position the rollers closer together. This would keep the 1:1 ratio so the only calculation I would have to do would be for the circumference of my pen. I also moved the rollers to the bottom of the plates to keep from having to raise my laser up to get it in focus.
Bearings are a tight fit and will require some pressure to insert. I used a small bar clamp, but a vice with some soft jaws would also work. stepper motor mount is adjustable to keep proper tension on the belt. Assembly is straight forward, and all parts are from the original EleksRotate kit.
