This is a Nine Point Leveling frame or bed flattening frame sized for a Creativity Elf/Coreception whatever other clones.
It adds 5 pressure points to your bed to allow straightening out most flatness issues you might have with the base aluminum bed. It will not pull down high spots in the middle, but mostly beds have low spots not high spots.
If you have high spots, I recommend that while your bed is off the printer, you carefully bend it to be low - basically you want the + between the corners to be low or flat.
The knobs are used to spread the force of the screws to keep from damaging your bed heater. These have been updated on 05/27/2022 to be a two piece design that captures a screw and the RTV is squeezed between the thin top piece and the beefier bottom to produce insulation that won't rub away over time leading to drooping knobs.
The new design has the screw captive between the inside and the nut on the bottom and then spin up/down through the frame's captive nut
