It's a name tag to be used on your Elfa wire drawers. You can use it with or without text, and it latches onto the wireframe, so it doesn't come off very easily.
To attach it, you hook the left side onto a vertical wire strand, and then slide it to the right, push in, and let it slide/drop down to be latched in place.
