The new Elfa top rail is not designed to prevent the hanger rail from accidentally being pushed up. (I'm guessing materials cost and manufacturing savings.)
So instead, I designed a clip that will prevent the hanger from being nudged off.
Print one of each (left + right) per hanger for best results.
It has a satisfying "click" action.
When placing the clip on, make sure the top hook slides behind the top rail.
